Smiling Heart Foundation (SHF) is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) formed in the Krachi East Municipal of the Oti Region in 2011 to deal with the socio-economic problems faced by many in their various communities.

The objective of the organisation is to alleviate poverty in communities and bring smiles unto the faces of people in the Oti Region with the target group being widows, widowers, and orphans, girls and children, needy, PWDS and the general vulnerable populace in the society. The NGO also help in ensuring the well-functioning of Community Based Groups (CBOs). The organisation however is working closing in achieving SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good health and well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent work and Economic Growth) within the Oti Region.
